Privacy Policy

CIOC adheres to a strict confidentiality policy. Any information that you provide will remain private. While you may be asked to provide specific details such as total amounts owed & minimum payments due, no account information will be collected (unless CIOC is managing your bills for you). Your information (including contact information) WILL NOT be sold. Any physical documents that have been collected will be returned to you at the completion of services or shredded.

Anything that you post on social media is considered public or free to use as advertising unless a written non-disclosure request is provided to CIOC.

In the unlikely event that that CIOC is asked to turn over any information to law enforcement, CIOC coaches will comply with the current legal requirements.

CIOC can and will sign a non-disclosure if one is needed (this will be determined on a case-by-case basis).
